GUNS UP! Amazon Bundles not working: What to do?

According to Guns Up! Team this came as quite a surprise to the GU! team since we had not designated any of these bundles to be sold on Amazon.

We’ve received a couple of communications from GUNS UP! players about bundles that some players purchased through Amazon not working for them in-game. This came as quite a surprise to the GU! team since we had not designated any of these bundles to be sold on Amazon. The PS Store team mistakenly placed these bundles on Amazon, inadvertently creating an entitlement that did not work in-game. In order for these bundles to work properly, they must be purchased through the intended flow to be appropriately redeemed. As such, any bundles purchased through Amazon may not function correctly in GUNS UP!

As soon as we heard about this mistake, we immediately asked the PlayStation Store Team to remove them from Amazon so as to not to impact any users going forward. The Store team was able to promptly remove the offending items, but unfortunately some users had already purchased these items. If you or someone you know purchased any of the bundles from Amazon, please contact the PS Store customer service line (https://support.us.playstation.com/a...ting-a-Refund/) to obtain a refund for this purchase. If you have assets in game that cannot be redeemed due to this issue, please also let us know in the Support section of the forums so that we can remove the non-functioning assets from your inventory. We apologize for any inconvenience that this mistake created for you.
